Today is the start of an upcoming busy week.
Starting on Sunday, will be an evangelistic service with Kelly Green and a band called "5 alive" who is from the International Baptist Church in Hamburg. Kelly Green is from the U.S.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, we will have the opportunity to go into a school in Sindelfingen. On Tuesday there will not be a lot of time to spend, but I know on Wednesday we will be there for about half the day.
We will be traveling back and forth between Sindelfingen and Church Plant outside of Stuttgart. This is probably about 20 minutes apart from each other.
In the Church Plant outside of Stuttgart community, the majority of the people are of Turkish background, which means they also have a background in Islam. This is the same area that we were in last year. I can remember some parents not allowing their kids to take part in the Bible stories that were presented.
The Meet Jesus Week is a joint effort with the Church Plant outside of Stuttgart and Friendenskirche Evangelisch-Freikirchliche Gemeinde (Baptisten) in Sindelfingen.
Please be in prayer for both of these churches and this event as it goes on.
I will know more about next week tonight when I get to meet with the team from the US and the churches that are involved.
