- Pioneers focuses on reaching individuals in hopes that a new community of believers is formed to start a new church, that then goes and plants another church.

- Each one of us have different abilities and ideas. Pioneers will not hold you back from pursuing an idea that might help to reach those who do not know Him.
- Unreached Peoples
- Pioneers focuses on those who have not heard the Gospel, and seek ways to reach those peoples.

- Pioneers focuses on team-centered servant-leadership rather than looking at and making policies for its members

- Pioneers understands that we are sinful men, living in a sinful world. But they also know that we are made in the image of God and redeemed through His blood.
