Praise the Lord!!!! I am at 72% of my monthly support with only 28% left to go before I can depart for the field!! This would not be possible without faithful partners sacrificing for the sake of the Gospel.
A recent blog post on Pioneers’ website entitled “Is Europe Unreached?” is a question many cannot fathom. Especially concerning Germany, the birth place of the Protestant reformation. The sad reality is, Germany and Europe have turned away from their faith in God. Churches have turned from houses of worship to tourist attractions. Pastors are allowed to pick and chose what they want from the Scriptures and teach a watered down Gospel.
With a population of 732.7 million in Europe Operation World estimates only 2.5% are Evangelical Christian. The Gospel and true Biblical teaching is a thing of the past in Europe. Germany is in no better shape with only 2.1% of it’s population claiming to be Evangelical. Germany has a population of 81.5 million. I state these statics to show that the harvest is great!!!
Germany and Europe need the Gospel proclaimed among it’s cities!!! Partner together with me in taking the Gospel to Europe!!!
My tentative departure date is near, September 20!!! I am unable to purchase my plane tickets until I am at the 90% mark (only $681/month away from this goal) and I cannot depart until I am close to 100% ($1,050 away from this goal).
