We are now well into a new year. There are a lot of things that we are all hoping for, many of us might have even set out to do a News Years Resolution. When I was asked about what my News Years Resolution was my answer was simple, "I don't do resolutions." There is one main reason, I would forget it the next day. My friends did not care to much for my response and I was told I must have one. So, here is my New Years Resolution, work to get to Germany.
As I wrote in my last letter God answered a prayer that I have not even begun to pray about. On my many travels to Stuttgart over the past few years I have met many great friends and individuals who welcomed me into their family, opened up their homes, and offered great support. One of these families is an American family, who just days ago boarded a plane to move back to the States. As they were preparing to leave, they reached out to me with a list of items that they would like to leave behind for me to have when the Lord allows me to move to Germany. This includes a few small kitchen appliances, lamps, furniture pieces, and a few other items that will be of great help as I prepare to relocate myself. The Lord is good!
My departure date is quickly approaching. There is still much to be done and I am getting in high gear. In February, I will be speaking at a local church about the work in Germany and also about a future partnership in ministry.
If you have spoken to me about making monthly donations, please begin to give if you are able to do so. Any donation that is given now is saved and goes toward my departure expenses. This is set at $12,00 and is used for home setup, travel, visa cost, shipping and Pioneers Launch training.
