A lot has happened since my last letter in January. The percentage of my support has risen from 9% to 35%. Our God truly provides!!! This has been accomplished by donations and by reevaluating my monthly budget, which was lowered from $4,300/month to $4,078. Departure expenses, which is a one time expense, was also lowered to $12,000.
A few days ago I received an email from someone in a German/American Bible Study Group in Tuscaloosa, AL that I attend periodically. The email was from a German brother who has asked prayer for the German church and for Germany. This man has recently moved back to Germany and has seen refugees who are coming into Germany from the Middle East. He has asked prayer that the Christians in Germany will be ready to share the Gospel with them. The refugees are causing new discussions regarding the role of the church.
As we have watched the news in recent weeks, we see that the rise of radical Islam in the world is not something that is centered in just one area of the world, but is something that is happening throughout the continent of Europe from France to Denmark.
I continue to invite you to prayerfully consider becoming a partner in ministry. Please pray as I continue to complete tasks for Pioneers, that I will stay focused on completing these tasks. Pray for diligence to remain in prayer and Bible reading and that financial needs will be met.
